We understand how frustrating high delivery costs are, so we're fixing our postage costs at £2.50 for Royal Mail second class postage. Orders over £45 will receive free postage. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery for an additional fee.
We have a variety of faster postage options available:
- First class - £3.50
- Next day delivery - £5.50
- Special delivery, guaranteed by 1pm (order required by midday): £7.50
Using our standard delivery offer, orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours, and you will receive a shipping notification to confirm that your order is on its way to you. Royal Mail second class delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. Other shipping speeds are available which will have a different shipping time.
For now, given all the chaos with international shipping from the UK, we have made the hard decision not to offer international delivery. However, if there was enough demand, we would reconsider this, so if you're interested in purchasing from overseas, please let us know!
Unfortunately we're not able to ship to BFPO addresses at the moment. This is something we'd look into if there was the demand, so let us know if it's something you'd be interested in!
Returns and exchanges
We offer free UK returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return / exchange. We will send you back a postage label. Please return your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days, ensuring that all tags are still in place. We will not accept returns of clothes that have been used or are in an otherwise unsaleable condition; these may be rejected and returned to you.
UK returns are free of charge. We will not accept returns of clothes that have been used or otherwise in an unsaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any items sent to us in an unsaleable condition.
Unfortunately it's not possible to refund your carbon offsetting donation should you decide to return the clothes.
Yes, absolutely. We don’t include any paperwork in our parcels, so you’ll receive confirmation details via email and your recipient will receive their beautiful items directly - simply enter their details when asked to provide a postal address.
We also offer a gift-wrapping service for a small additional fee. Please visit our giftwrap page where you can choose your paper and add it into your basket. A handwritten gift tag is included, and you can add your note in to the notes field at checkout.
We don’t currently stock gift cards but would consider adding this service if demand was high. Please get in touch if you’d like to see us add gift cards to our range. We welcome all questions, ideas and feedback.
The gift message box can be found on the cart page. If you click on the bag icon in the top right corner of your page, that will take you to your full cart where you can amend your order and add your gift message.
If you are trying to use the quick checkout buttons on the product pages (i.e., PayPal), this will skip out the cart step and you won't be able to add a gift message. You can still use PayPal when you check out via the cart page.
Placing an order
Unfortunately not. Please place a new order and send us an email. If possible, we’ll package and send both orders together. If your original order has already been posted, you’ll receive your second set of items separately.
We don’t currently personalise items but would consider adding this service if demand was high enough. Please get in touch if personalisation is something that appeals to you! We welcome all questions, ideas and feedback.
We accept payment by all major debit / credit cards, and by PayPal.
Bibevie is currently exclusively available online.

Our clothes are designed in the UK and manufactured in a carefully chosen factory in India, with a clear focus on ethical practices and charitable work.
Nothing is more important than your baby’s safety, so we rigorously test our clothing in an independent laboratory to ensure it complies with the highest safety standards and all relevant UK laws.
You can also be confident that your baby is protected from the potentially harmful chemicals often used by other brands in textile manufacture, and that your little one is safe to explore in comfort and style.
We are using a company called EcoCart to manage our carbon offsetting. You will have the option to select to offset your carbon with a donation, every time you make an order.
We have selected to send all donations made on our page to a project to support mangrove forests in Myanmar. Only 16% of the original mangrove forest remains on the Myanmar coastline as human activities have led the destruction of the mangrove forests.
Mangrove forests have immense benefits. They help stabilize the coastline, reduce erosion, provide protection from storms, and are home to fish, birds and plants. Mangroves store as much as four times the carbon stored in inland forests. So when we lose mangroves, the climate suffers directly.
100% of your donations will go towards supporting this project, and we'll report on what we've achieved on the Our Impact page.
About the product
Yes you can, that's the beauty of our products. All of our bibs will fit perfectly with all of our dungarees. So your elephant could wear a top hat today, a party hat tomorrow, and then lend his top hat to the tiger to wear the following day. You can mix and match to your heart's content.
Our bibs are made from two layers of fabric, with a popper on the lower (stripy) layer that affixes to a hidden popper inside our dungarees. This leaves the top layer of the bib free to wipe your baby’s face, if needed. Check out this page to find out more.
The honest answer here is we're not quite sure. We haven't specifically tested with cloth nappies, but some of our testers have reported using them and it fitting. Our material has a good stretch to it but it will also depend on your child's shape. We're going to be asking some of our early customers about this and we'll update this FAQ as soon as we have more info!
We love bamboo! It’s one of the world’s most sustainable textile choices; bamboo is a naturally growing plant that’s quick to replenish, watered only by rainwater and doesn’t need nasty chemicals and pesticides to thrive. Bamboo fibres are also naturally antibacterial and absorb double the amount of carbon dioxide than trees along with generating 30% more oxygen than most other plants. Finally, it's great for regulating temperature, which we all know is so important for our little ones. Find out more here.
This is to comply with UK regulations on labelling. The material from the bamboo plant is turned into viscose, which is used to make the fabric.
Your order will be sent to you in a compostable mailing bag, which can be composted either at home or commercially. Our gift wrap is sourced from certified Forest Stewardship Council forests and printed with soy ink.
We recommend washing at 30° and line-drying to help your clothes last as long as possible and reduce your impact on the planet. For those incidents that need a bit more cleaning, you can wash at 40°.
Gifted with Love Scheme
We’re keen to ensure that textiles don’t end up in landfill when they can be recycled or reused.
If you prefer to pass your clothing on to friends and family, donate to a charity shop or find your own local cause to donate it to, that’s great!
Our scheme is for anyone who may find alternative options difficult. It’s free and easy to send items back to us and we’ll make sure they benefit families in need. Win win!
Your donation will be passed on to one of the 100 baby banks in the UK, all of whom support families struggling with the risings costs of bringing up baby.
You can use your discount code on any full price stock on the Bibevie website.
